It is located on Wath Road above a Fish & Chip Shop, It's a two floor apartment with fire escape access.

Room comes Fully Furnished. It does have a shared kitchen, shower room & toilet. The house is clean, modernised. It's laminated through every room, and the stairs are carpeted. The way the apartment is laid out is, the kitchen, shower room, toilet area are on the bottom floor, I currently live in the flat, and you would be sharing with me also i share with a female (who has the double room opposite the single room). I work 6 days a week and out most of the day, normally returning after 9: 30pm. All the rooms have locks on. The female who i'm sharing with, also works full time. I do however have my Son on the weekends, he's only a toddler, and rarely might have a bad night, so you may want to take that into consideration if you are a light sleeper. There is a shared living room, which is only off limits at the weekend at night, as my son sleeps in there. With the bills, the Gas, Water & Electric is included, TV license will be paid by myself. More information regarding this can be given if needed. I would prefer someone who works full time (financial security) but part time will be considered. There is an electric cooker & washer. Own fridge is also available. Rent can be paid Weekly or Monthly (weekly preferred), but a Deposit of £200 will need to be paid on exchange of Keys (can be paid in weekly instalments £20 per week. The apartment is close to local shops, with a Takeaway & Off License downstairs (both which close at 9pm). Pics of Apartment are available.
