I have a 3 bed semi on a quiet street in Chapeltown, Sheffield. The house has a large living room and garden with on street parking. I use two bedrooms as my room and study. The second double room will be your room. £350 (£300 in c/t exempt) includes rent, bills, internet, use of rest of house including washing machine and kitchen equipment.
I am a laid back, chatty person but enjoy my privacy. I work very hard in the week so do most socialising at the weekend but still find time to be involved in the local Guide and Ranger units. I am partial to a glass of wine and a film some week nights.
I'm looking for a like minded person to share my home.
