Room to let, new property.

I have a double room to let in the Darnall (Don Valley) area of Sheffield coming available from the end of September 2015.

The house is part of a newly built housing estate and I have been in here 5 years so far (Pic is from day I moved in, gates and fences since erected!).

Current occupancy is myself (owner and live in land lord) and two cats so you must be able to tolerate their company also!

All bills are included inc. council tax and we have Broadband and Sky TV (no movies or sports though).

Secured, off road parking is available and it is within walking distance of both Attercliffe or Don Valley tram stops (about 10 mins walk either way)

I have no real preferences for a new house mate but will prefer to show you round before making any agreements and make sure that we are comfortable with each other. This is my home at the end of the day and I need to trust whoever will be joining me needs to treat it like theirs!
