Large double room with en-suite

I have a lovely spacious double room available with it's own staircase & separate backdoor access. The room also has an en-suite & is large enough to include a settee as well as a double bed. It is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if required.

I am around a lot in the day as I work from home but am often out midweek evenings. My daughter stays every other weekend hence only monday to friday is being offered.

All rooms in the house are available, including a fully working kitchen and large conservatory. There is also an additional sitting room which can be used exclusively if required. All bills are included. No broadband is available however due to poor coverage in the area. The mobile broadband signal is adequate though.

The property is very modern and spacious. There is easy access to M1 junction 37 and the transpennine trail. There is plenty of parking space on the drive if required.
