Hi I am a professional female looking for a house mate to rent my spare room in my home situated less than 1/4 mile from junction 37 in dodworth. Double room situated on the back of the house (very quiet) over looking my garden and village playing field. The bath room would be shared. I am a smoker however I smoke out side. Im looking for a fun tidy house mate to crash infront of tv with at night and maybe up for a drink from time to time! I also should mention I have cat.
