We have a four bedroom property in Wheatley, DN2, Raby Rd. The property is very close to the hospital, pubs & shops (2 mins walk) and town (10 mins walk).

The available room is a small double bedroom.

The house is ideal for a young professional /graduate who is looking for a friendly, clean and modern home. It is a great opportunity if you are new to the area and wish to meet similar aged house mates who enjoy socialising.

It has a brand new kitchen & bathroom, gas central heating & is double glazed throughout. All rooms are fully furnished in a modern style each with TV aerial point and wireless broadband access.

The lounge has two leather sofas and TV. The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dining table.

Bills in rent include: Council tax, wireless broadband, TV licence. Gas, electricity and water not included (these usually work out at an extra £20 per month on top of monthly rent per housemate).

There is ample on-street parking available and a garden and shed for bike storage.
