The house backs onto Elmfield park which is a very beautiful old established park full of a variety of mature trees.
If you like to keep fit there are tennis courts, basketball court, bowling greens, and lots of green space in the adjacent parks.
The house has a very tranquil atmosphere, everybody has lots of space. It is a clean and tidy place to live in and I am looking for a future lodger who will maintain these principles. There will be a maximum of 3 people living in the house.
