We have 2 rooms available in our lovely Victorian family home, one larger than the other. Both bedrooms have double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. You will share the bathroom with ONLY 2 other persons. We have extra storage for those bulky items to give you maximum space in your room. Our house has shared kitchen/diner with 2 very comfortable easy chairs, tv & dining table & chairs. A lovely large garden and large drive for off street parking. Our home is within walking distance to the town centre and Doncaster Royal infirmary, with easy access to M18 and A1. Local leisure facilities 5 mins drive and public transport 3 mins walk (top of road). Local amenities just 3 mins walk This is a quiet home, with no loud music, so we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. We do have 1 cat, which is very much part of the family, so please take that into consideration. All bills are included as well as broadband. Professional persons only.
