We have two double rooms (one very large double and one small double room) available in our double-glazed, gas central heated, 4 bedroom house located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Wheatley Hills (DN2). It's a 5 min walk to the hospital or 15-20 min walk to town (also just off a main bus route into Doncaster).

There is a driveway and ample unrestricted on street parking.

We have three properties (the other two are very close by) and all the current housemates are all young professionals / graduates who as well as working hard, also enjoy socialising. We are looking for an housemate who is willing to get involved with house activities/socialising. If you are new to Doncaster, this is a great way to meet other like minded professionals / graduates.

The house is fully furnished with modern quality furniture and decorations. Each bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side draws, mirror, wi-fi and digital TV aerial point.

The bathroom is spacious with a separate bath and shower.

The lounge has two large brown leather sofas & flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with American style fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, cooker & grill. The kitchen opens up into a second communal area where there is a large 6-seater dining room table and a second flat screen TV making it a really sociable space.

The bills included in the rent are the council tax, TV licence and wireless broadband. Gas, electric & water are not included (work out approx £20 per month on top of your rent).

There is a court yard area, secure shed for bike storage, and a private non-overlooked lawned garden outside.
