This is a women only house providing comfortable, accommodation for women. The bedrooms are nicely furnished as are the shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. It was fully refurbished in 2013. The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water rates, insurance, tv licence. There are a maximum of three women living in the property at any one time. It is close to town (approx 20 - 30 mins walk) and has local amenities. There is no smoking permitted within the house. We respectfully request references for our guests.
