1 large room next to bathroom in shared house. Share all facilities, must be clean & tidy person. £75 per wk. Includes all bills. Broadband/sky share t. v in lounge. fridge/freezer. Age not relevant or nationality, Smoke outside area. Must be working. House in Hexthorpe, only 10 mins walk to train station & Doncaster town centre.
Must pay for 2 wks rent ie on moving in. Then pay wkly or monthly if prefered. To provide I. D ie passport & or driving licence on moving in.
I'm a very young at heart lady & love playing music, & going to gigs. I work p/T, as well as work from home as an holistic therapist. I'm looking for male or female of any age who is clean/ tidy, easy going & an overall chilled out person whos easy to get along with.
My house is comfortable & homely
The area is multi cultural, a bit run down but very close to all town amenities, tho there are few shops for essentials in the next street.
I'm a very warm friendly person & down to earth & honest, I'd like to find a housemate with similar attributes, but not compulsory.
