Beautiful attic room in Meerbrook, Mon-Fri

I have a beautiful, large, light attic room to let from Monday- Friday in my newly renovated terraced house, close to Meersbrook Park, sharing with just one other (me). The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/diner, lounge and patio/garden.

The room is furnished with a king size bed (pocket-sprung mattress), desk, chair, chest of drawers, clothes rail, tv.

Meersbrook is a lovely, friendly, community-orientated area, with lots of young professionals, nice pubs and a fantastic park. It is well connected with regular buses to the city centre.

I am female, 31 and work as a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University. I love being outdoors, am relatively clean living, and try to get out to the Peak District to run or climb at every opportunity. I like to cook for friends, to share a bottle of wine, to go the pub, or have a night out. I keep pretty busy with work, play and travel.

I am looking for a sociable, considerate and like-minded young professional to share my home during the week. I work hard and like coming home to a calm, cosy retreat.
