Fantastic sized (previous lodger had a sofa and tv set up as well as the rest of the furniture) fully furnished double room in fully furnished house. Big garden area perfect for bbqs! Shared living room (all the bits and bobs - 42" tv, ps3, plenty of books and films, all for communal use). Cellar space for storage if needed. Large fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Outstanding access to public transport for the entire city and Meadowhall, plenty of local amenities within a minutes walk. Sharing with a graduate professional working mon - fri (generally emailing across the weekend too) so would probably suit similar best. Mature/masters students considered.
I'm a keen sportsman, enjoy cycling, gymming and generally being outside. Looking for like minded housemate to share my home with.
