I have a furnished double room with double bed, wardrobe, large chest etc. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, shower, cable TV and wireless broadband. There is a garden with furniture and a barbeque. The house is in Intake, about 5 miles from the city and has really regular buses (on route to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital) the tram stop is fairly accessible too.
I am looking for someone who is respectful, reliable financially, tidy and considerate. I am fairly easy going, young in outlook and easy to get along with. I am away quite a bit of the time so you would be on your own sometimes.
