Double Room to Rent - Intake - S12

Hi! Thanks for checking out my advert and hopefully we are each others perfect housemate!

I'm looking to find someone to rent out a double bedroom in my 3 bedroom terrace house in Intake (just over 3 miles from the city centre).

The bedroom is in the attic and has a Velux window facing out onto the garden at the back of the house and has a double bed, 2 x chest of drawers, shelving unit and desk.

The rest of the house consists of a kitchen/dining area - with oven, hob, microwave and seating area. The living room has two sofas, tv and open fire. The bathroom has recently had a new suite and has a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a patio and garden to the back.
There is unrestricted parking on the road outside the house.

Locally there is a local CO-OP and some pubs. Public transport is fantastic and there is a bus stop only about a minute from my house (Mansfield Road)and there is a tram stop within a 10 minute walk away.

The price per month covers all bills (normal usage) including council tax. There is virgin media in the house so broadband at 30mg soon to be 50mg, tv with standard channels, tivo box and phone (some phone calls are not included in the rent).

A bit about me then -
I'm Jonathan and I'm 32. I work full time normally between 8. 30-5. 30. Currently single and enjoying life. Go to the gym 3 times a week, indoor climbing, cinema, enjoy films, stopping in or going out.

I would like to ideally find someone who wants to live in a 'home' rather than a houseshare. Someone who respects each others space but is also happy to have some nights in, tv, drinks etc. If you think that is you - let me know and we can arrange a viewing.

Ideally looking for a gay male housemate or a straight female (sorry if that excludes you but want us both to feel comfortable).
