Quiet Maltby Cul-De-Sac.

I am a live in landlord and been renting rooms for several years. I will be renting out an extra large sized conservatory. It consists of two beds put together or can be seperated. The girl who has been living there has completed her year long course and is now moving on. It is quite private compared to the rest of the house. There is unlimited wifi for all of your internet access. The house has finger touch hobs, a top of the range cooker , two washers, two dryers, a large American fridge freezer, two microwaves and all the usual appliances and gadgets. Smoke detectors in all rooms, with heat detectors for your safety in the kitchen. There is a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower downstairs and a toilet with sink upstairs. I pay for all the electric, gas, water rates, tv etc. You are welcome to use the telephone free of charge to landlines and the odd five minute calls to mobiles. Two gardens, CCTV and house alarmed. No smoking in the house, but you can go outside, stand at the door or in the alleyway. We are quite clean and tidy, lots of manners and very down to earth, as we do like a laugh . The other housemates are all down to earth and you will definitely get on with them. Your own privacy will also be respected. I am looking for either short or long term. I am not in your face, so you can be as private or chatty as you wish. I know it is always nice to have your own bit of space too. There aren't really any rules, so just treat the house like its your own. All we ask is that you clean your own mess. The only rota that we have is the toilet roll and washing up liquid purchases. By the way, the distance to either Doncaster or Rotherham is 8 and 6 miles respectively, which takes about 20 minutes to either town. The bus stop is less than a minute walking.
