The house is a Victorian semi. The 2 attic bedrooms are to let. Each of them has a double bed, table or desk and chair and space for clothes etc. There is broadband available and aerial for TV (though TV is not provided).
The shared areas are kitchen, bathroom, shower room and garden which is a nice place to eat in when the weather is good.
Nether Edge is often described as 'a leafy suburb'. It is approx 1. 5 miles from the city centre and there is a good bus service (every 10 minutes on week days). The house is comfy and easy to relax in and is big enough that there is no difficulty sharing the kitchen and bathroom or shower room.
I think the accommodation suits people who are fairly independant, who are friendly but who want a space to live in rather than friends to live with.
