1 room to rent in a 2 bedroom top floor flat. Gas and electric included (fair usage applies), water rates, council tax, Netflix, 80mb fibre broadband all included. Within 5 minute walk of the flat are local grocery shops, pharmacies, doctors, fruit and veg shop, opticians. 10-15 minute walk will get you to the bigger Tesco on Abbeydale Road.
I work full time so out during the day Monday-Friday. I also study part time so I'm out of the flat 2-3 evenings a week too. I like to clean as I go, and don't play loud music/TV. I'm a non-smoker and although I like a drink every now and then I don't have wild nights out.
