A home from home

The property is a large 5 bedroomed house with 2 lounges and two bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. It is on 4 floors. We currently have one large double room with large desk available it is on an excellent bus route. Town is 20 minutes away as is the Peak District. This is not your typical rental property as over the past 6 years of owning the property our lodgers have come to see this as their home, a place to relax and wind down. Our lodgers have only left because they have bought a property, moved in with significant others or their job takes them away from Sheffield.

Nether Edge:

It is a vibrant community with farmers markets and food markets full of vintage shops. Cafe number 9 and it's not so secret gigs. Abbeydale Road is a mega for cafe's, food culture and vintage finds.

About us:

I'm into trapeze, allotmenting and cycling as well as baking. Some times there's left overs that I encourage others in the house to eat. My partners into photography and walking and playing the mandolin. Also into jazz and all sorts of stuff.
