Gorgeous 1 bed apartment available for August only

**Sorry for terrible pics, I didn't have time to take any before I left and this was all I had!**

I'm away on field work for a while and thought I may aswell rent out my place for a month to someone that needs it rather than let it sit empty!
Thus, the rent is for August only (the whole month) I will be returning on the 3rd September.

For the duration you will have a lovely one bed flat to yourself, completely fully furnished. It's my home, but I want it to feel like yours for the duration. That said, I do have to move back in and I like my neighbours, so no party animals please!

Ideally a mature student or professional that needs somewhere quiet and comfy to stay before moving into their own place. I ask for a deposit as I do have a lot of lovely stuff that I will be letting you loose with! It will be fully refundable when I return and verify that all is as was :-) Nether Edge is simply the best place in Sheffield to live. And my place is 20 min walk to uni, 15 mins to the centre of town and station and crucially mere moments away from Abbeydale and Eccelsall Rd's finest bars, cafe's and restaurants.

Hallway: Stairwell with window and south facing velux. Coat rack and shoe stand. Lots of plants and salad growing! Toilet and shower off the hall at top of stairs. Left leads to...

Kitchen/diner: one window and 3 south facing velux windows. Fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining area. White goods, oven microwave etc. Help yourself to any food! Antique furniture including table with 4 chairs. Armchair and side table for cosy cuppas :-)

Lounge: 2 south facing velux windows, wash basin in lounge (quirky bathroom set up!) but screened off with divider. Desk and chair, 2 seater couch, arm chair, coffee table, book shelf packed with reading material. Love this room!

Bedroom: Single bed, antique furniture, wardrobe and chest of drawer space. One velux window.

There is no parking for this property except on the main street. There is however room for a bike in the hall downstairs.

All bills included and you can have use of my mobile internet (no broadband Im afraid). But this is limited to 8GB per month. Anything over this amount will come out of the deposit.

I have no mobile phone coverage where I am, but do have internet access. So email only. A friend of mine will be able to show you around the property.
