I have a double bedroom available in this very spacious maisonette (2 floor) flat . It's located on Abbeydale Road in Nether Edge, everything you need on the doorstep; there are several supermarkets in close walking distance, an excellent range of local pubs, restaurants and shops, and sits right on the fringe of the antiques quarter.

Public transport is excellent too, with a bus stop right outside the door that takes 10 mins to get straight into the city centre - the 75,76,86,97,98 all go back and forth to Arundel Gate all day, and the 218 also takes you directly out into the Peak district if you're a fan of the outdoors.

I’m a 35 year old male professional working at Sheffield Hallam full-time and I’m also finishing a post-grad part time at the moment, so the room is perfect for someone looking for a clean, easy-going, comfortable home. I'd like to think I'm a friendly, sociable and laid back housemate, but always clean and respectful of others. The size of the flat means its great for socialising, but also easy to find your own space whenever you like. I have pretty typical interests - pubs, running, cycling, football, music, reading etc. I'm looking for a male/female professional (25-40) to share the flat with - similar interests would be great, but not essential, as long as you're a friendly, kind and considerate housemate.
