Hi, thanks for taking the time to have a look at this advert. I’ve currently got a spare double room in my house on Glen Road, at the bottom end of Nether Edge. The rent is £51 per week, but the room is offered on an all inclusive basis, which means a total monthly price of £280. The room has been decorated and furnished within the last year, so it’s in good condition, as is the house in general. It's a friendly household; very easy going and everyone makes an effort to keep things clean and tidy. Professional cleaners visit once a fortnight and the cost of this is included in the price of the room. There is a good sized lounge and a back garden. There is Virgin cable TV downstairs, and 100mb broadband via a wifi router that works well throughout the house. Feel free to come and have a look around, and please bear in mind that the house is less than 100 metres from Hanifah's Indian takeaway (possibly the best in Sheffield!).
