Looking for a friendly housemate for our spacious attic room.
Built in wardrobe and extra clothes rail outside your door at the top of your private stairs.

Small spare room also available. Fits a double bed, chest of draws and cloths rail. Not desperate to rent it but it will take the attic room and my room down to £230 each if so. Was my room for the past 6 months - cosy, but totally worth the $$!

Great cafes, restaurants and shops just out on Abbeydale Road, with excellent bus links to the city centre and the Peak District too!
Tesco, Broadfield and Picture House Social all 5 minutes walk away.
Close to the Climbing Works, also into snowboarding and biking if you’re interested - with space for bikes in the kitchen.
Extra space in the cellar too.

Current housemates will be moving both sofas and the kitchen chairs to the place they’ve just bought, so furniture would be welcomed but otherwise I'll sort some replacements.
Used to take turns to cook for each other, would be great to keep that up.
