Large Double Room To Let In Leafy Nether Edge

Spacious, warm and light double room to let in a friendly home in leafy Nether Edge.
I live at the end of a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac street in a popular area of Sheffield. Great neighborhood shops, cafes, pubs, street markets etc. Walking distance to Ecclesall Road, London and Abbeydale Road with its amazing cafes and restaurants plus a great bus service runs from the end of the road into the city center. The university is within walking or bussing distance, plus the Peaks are only a short car or bus ride away.
At the moment I have one lodger and we are both landscape architects. We enjoy food, music, films, gigs, walking, and are looking for a like-minded sociable, friendly, tidy person to share the house. As it's my house it's definitely a home and not an anonymous house share.
We are both vegetarian but won’t faint if you feel the need to fry sausages.
The room itself is at the back of the house and has a window looking out over the back garden. The room has a new bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and ide table.

There is a large living room, dining room and kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs is the bathroom with a good shower, separate toilet, two bed rooms and my attic space above. The house has central heating, a wood stove in the dining room and open fire in the living room.
There is a lockable side passage so bikes are safe and a lovely little garden for summer gin and tonics and barbecues.
The two house cats are Tigger and Piglet, very friendly and like a fuss when they get to know you.
Fully inclusive of all bills including unlimited broadband, there is also parking on the road (no permit needed) plus a cleaner once a week.).
There are no house rules except being clean, tidy and considerate of other people in the house, shoes off at the door, but sorry no pets or smoking inside.
If you are someone with lots of possessions it might not be the right house for you as there is no storage apart from the room and the kitchen is fully equipped.
