I would like to find a sociable tidy lodger to take either full time or part time lodgings. I am a sporty outdoorsy home owner, so there is also space for sports equipment.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the Climbing Works, a short ride out to the Peak through Endcliffe Park, or a short cycle into town/the delights of London Road. Nether Edge has great local shops, cafes and pubs. This is a great area to live in.
