Seeking nice, sociable housemate.

Hi all,

We are Ben and Chris, and we are seeking a new housemate to fill our spare room.

Our house is situated in the very convienient, and desirable Nether Edge. We are surrounded by some great pubs and coffee shops (for the benefit of any none steel city residents). The house is comprised of kitchen/dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms (one attic room, large front room, and a slightly smaller back room), bathroom, and south facing back garden.

A bit about us: We are both working professionals; we enjoy getting out into the peak district whenever possible, grabbing the odd beer, listening to and playing music, cooking- we try to share the cooking when possible. We have created a very relaxed atmosphere, and have a great relationship with our neighbours. The place has a really homely feel. We would be looking for someone with a similar attitude to life who has similar interests.

Unfortunately Ben will be moving out at the end of August, so that will effect the rent. Up until September the rent will be split three ways (£225 each), thereafter the rent will be £325 each.
