Hi, thanks for taking the time to have a look at this advert. Having recently undertaken a bit of a refurbishment, I've currently got 1 spare small double room available in my house on Glen Road, at the bottom end of Nether Edge. The rent is £260 per month, inclusive of council tax, all bills, broadband, etc. The room has been decorated and furnished within the last month, so it is in good condition, as is the house in general. There are three current tenants, they are easy going and make an effort to keep things clean and tidy. The house has a good sized lounge and a back garden. There is Virgin cable TV downstairs, and 100mbps broadband that works well throughout the house.

Please note that the house is a good 30 minutes walk from the main university campuses, so whilst students are welcome in theory, you may want to take that into account!
