We have a lovely, bright, furnished double room to rent in detached house, situated in quiet residential area of Sheffield. Lovely big garden - great in summer to relax in and for bbq's.
Very good public transport services to city centre and other areas.
We live near 2 lovely parks - Meersbrook and Graves. Good for walking, picnicking and looking at the views.
Rent £400 a month including bills. Wireless internet. You can have shared use of a separate downstairs living room with TV as house has 2 living rooms.
Shared kitchen with washer, dish washer, microwave etc. bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and there is also a separate toilet.
We have 2 dogs (lurchers) and 2 cats.
We are a clean, quiet household and we enjoy socialising. We like walking, cinema, theatre, local history and some climbing! We are friendly and would like to share our home with someone who is happy chatting and maybe some socialising. We have an eclectic taste in music and enjoy going to gigs occasionally. We have grown up children who sometimes visit.
We are looking for someone who will fit in with our household and respect our home. We would like someone who will mingle happily with us but we will obviously respect each other's space and need for privacy.
As we aren't youngsters (but young at heart), our home would probably suit someone 30 plus.
