I have a double room in my 3 bedroom house in Meersbrook ( Sheffield ). The room as a double bed and is decorated & furnished to a high standard. I live there and my daughter will be staying with me 1 or 2 times a month. I have just fully done the house, new carpets and shower.
5 minutes walk to Park, 25 minutes walk to city centre ( 3 miles ), 10 minutes walk to bus stop to city centre, 20 seconds walk to bus to Hallamshire Hospital & Sheffield Uni. 25 minutes and you are in the Derbyshire Peaks

Meersbrook in the south of Sheffield is a very mixed area, with large detached & small terraced houses, with it comes all types of professionals & a growing student presence. The centre of this is Meersbrook Park ( only 5 minutes walk )
There are plenty of places to wine & dine ( on London & Chesterfield Road ) and is only a short distance from Woodseats ( 5 minutes by car) & Eccelsall Road ( 10 minutes by car) with all the facilities they offer.
