room to let in shared house, picture shows single bed at the moment but would fit double therefore advertised as such, furnished, internet access. must like dogs as i have a labrador but hes only allowed downstairs, off street parking, quiet area no bother at all. would prefer female as they tend to be cleaner but open to anyone providing they are tidy people. i dont live in a palace but its my home and i cant live like a pig lol. I am a respectful person and very friendly and there for whoever I share with.
