Couple seeking Lodger
We have a lovely spacious home with a large back garden, lounge, dining room and a spare bedroom. We have fibre-optic broadband and a cable in the spare room so you can get the full 150 MB connection.
We do both have aspergers so a quiet lodger is preferred and we're both gamers so someone we could talk or play games with would be nice since the living room is pretty much a sofa next to a console (we have no TV license)
We don't mind if you're claiming benefits but we do insist on someone who is considerate and friendly.
Bills are inclusive. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Garden out back. Oh, and we have a cat. He's a little mischievous so feel free to shut your door to keep him out. Bedroom is on ground floor but it's quite large and has a gas fireplace.
