Double fully furnished room for rent it has double bed pine bedside drawers pine wardrobe pine drawers too its set in very cosy quiet house in cul de sac the house is 5 years old looking for a nice clean tidy housemate to treat my home as if it was their own its a lovly clean home pretty much just moved in myself have unlimited broadband wifi shower bath 2 toilets i am here 7 days a week 5 of those i work pretty much 8 til 6 hopefully my housemate will enjoy a stress free household relaxed is the word here i love a laff n giggle and just to generally enjoy life if your looking for a stress free retreat after work to relax and unwind after a shift then this could well be the place for you it has all the creature comforts here microwave washer toaster kettle dryer iron smoothie maker airing cupboards digibox sky broadband /tv bath/shower 2 toilets oven hob american fridge freezer there is off street parking too we could do occasional drink out too social n all that be good for a laff your friends are welcome altho not overnight want to make you feel at home and at ease as much as possible also i have a brand new big dfs comfy suite dont think of me as your landlord think of me as your friend im very sociable so come message me view the house the broadband is included and sky tv council tax water electric gas all inclusive the room does have sky cables into it so if you buy a box you can watch it in your room too if you dont drive theres a bus stop outside a chemist and newsagent/shop across the road co-op just around corner tesco just up the road and chinese and chip shop very close by gym less than a mile away retail world is 5 mins away hope to see you and speak to you soon gaz
