I'm looking for professional people, who will respect my home and treat it like it is their own.

I have one double and 1 single room to rent in Rotherham, fully furnished with bed linen as well. The accommodation is clean and the house is far away enough from the main road so that you can relax comfortably. To clarify in the past, I have had smokers stay and I specify smoking outside.

The house itself is a three bedroom semi-detached situated on a corner plot. I am a live-in landlord. There is also space for car parking. The house is located very close to the main Rotherham Hospital, which is within walking distance.

The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and majority families who have lived in the area for many years.

The monthly rent includes all bills, internet and council tax. I would also like to mention at this time that there is a cleaning rota in place which I would expect all to adhere to.

The closest junction is J33 off the M1 and from there only 5 - 10 minutes to get to the property. There are good bus links to the centre of Rotherham High Street and to the local train station. The bus stops are literally outside the house. Rotherham hospital is located right opposite the property and I have been told in the past that the one can receive emergency messages without needing to be in the hospital.
