Rotherham town centre. £80 pw inc

I have a large room available close to Rotherham town centre with good bus and rail links 5-10 mins walk into town, Some routes served from bus stop on Wellgate 1 minute away.

Parking is residents only between 8-4 Mon-Sat, I have a parking permit from the Council so no problems with parking.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and walk in wardrobe. So plenty of storage. There is also unlimited fibre broadband internet connection, 50mbps.

Within the house there is shared use of a washing machine and fridge/freezer, gas cooker and a microwave. I have a second freezer and I have most things you'll need appliance and utensil wise. Ideally suited for those with none of their own furniture etc.

Ideally I'd like someone around about mid twenties up to about 40 is fine, will consider younger depending on experience living with others and/or maturity level.

Non smokers are preferred but if you do smoke then outdoors. Or downstairs if it's really cold or raining heavy. Not permitted in bedrooms or bathroom.

I work evenings only so anyone that works days will work out just fine, however this would mean our initial meeting will have to be in the day or on a day off, and I work 6 days a week.

Deposit is the equivalent of 4 weeks rent and I ask for 4 weeks notice of your intention to leave so I can advertise the room again. You will then not pay me any rent for the final 4 weeks after giving notice to leave. This is non-negotiable so if you don't have enough for a deposit then please don't enquire about the room.
