Double Room in Herringthorpe S65

Hi I am Nicole, I am 23, my recent lodger has just moved out after finishing his placement in Rotherham, I am looking for someone to replace him and rent my spare room for the next 6months/1year-possibly longer.(The room isn't available until 11. 08. 12 as I am currently on holiday in Malaysia :)

The room is a double, the decor clean, just not very modern in style - but feel free to decorate it how you like I just havn't had the time to decorate anything yet. There is a double bed, drawers and a bedside cabinet - trying to get my mums old wardrobe for you!

I am a veterinary nurse and work in Sheffield 40hours a week doing various shifts including some weekends. I'm a laid back person, I would like to think I was very easy to get along with and I try to keep the house clean as much as I can between work and socialising.

You would have to like animals! I currently have 2 cats(Jeffery+Arnold) and a dog(Plum)-she isn't allowed upstairs. I don't mind if you have your own pets as long as they get on with my gang :)

The house itself is a 3 bedroom semi-detached property with a driveway and enclosed back garden/patio. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, everywhere else just needs a lick of paint. I have virgin tv/broadband.

Herringthorpe Valley Park is just across the road with 16 acres of open land. The village of Wickersley is 5minutes drive with a couple of fab pubs and bars. Asda supermarket is literally just down the road. Good bus route, 5/10min to town centre. The M18 and Sheffield Parkway are also very easy to get to.

If you are a smoker, I will only permit this outside of the property.
