I will have a spare room available in my house from November.

Single bedroom for £250/month.
Storage space in 2 wardrobes, 2 drawers units and a storage single bed. There is also a small desk with an office chair in the room (not on photos)

Double bedroom for £300/month.
A lot of storage space in built in wardrobes. There is also a desk with drawers in the room.

All bedrooms are lockable.

All bills are included. Broadband available.

House is near High Greave Primary School in Rotherham. Big 24 hour ASDA is about 5-10 minutes walking distance as well as the X78 bus stop (Sheffield - Meadowhall - Rotherham - Doncaster route).
