Double Room *Close To City Centre* All Bills Inc!

This room is part of a lovely, well presented 3 bedroom house situated on Heeley Bank Road and has become available because one of our long-term tenants is moving to live with her partner.

The house is in a quiet, safe residential area and has excellent transport links into the city centre and vibrant/student areas of the city (5 min. on the 32, 48 and 51 buses. Otherwise, a 2 min. drive or 15 min. walk). We have supermarkets and shops within a 2 minute walking radius also.

The room is a large double. It is tastefully decorated and comes furnished. It boasts lovely views over Sheffield City and has a feature wall (as pictured). It has access to the 1st floor bathroom which has both bath and shower facilities.

I would prefer a female tenant because the other housemates are mainly female. However, I am open to other offers. The other housemates consist of myself, my Fiancee Lauren (Masters student) and Kari (care worker).

I will not be offering the room to anyone on benefits. I will, however, consider reserving the room for up to two months in the event that the person wants to move closer to the end of Summer, as long as a deposit is paid.

I am looking for a tenant who respects the fact they are living in someone's house rather than student accommodation. And I expect only friendly, clean, tidy and trustworthy people to apply.

I am a 28 year old Quantity Surveyor and prefer the quiet-ish life so someone like minded would be appreciated. Although we're not complete buzz-kills, we like to socialise and hang out with our housemates, work just means we can't party like we did when we were at Uni!

Professionals are very welcome to apply. Parties are not something that happen in the house, although visitors are welcome.

We have 2 lovely little dogs that make the place feel like a real home. If you want a picture of them feel free to ask!
