We have a large double room available in a big end of terrace house, just off Sharrow lane. All bills, internet (fibre optic), TV etc. are included in the price.

Area:
*5 mins walk from Ecclesall Road
*15 mins walk from the city centre
*2 mins to a local corner shop
*10-15 mins walk to Waitrose, Tescos and other local amenities.

Transport:
* Permit on-street parking outside the house (available from city council) or free spaces 1min walk away.
*The 22 Bus route is 2 mins from the house.
* 20 min walk to the train station
House:
*Newly redecorated
* Modern kitchen with 2x fridges, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher with lots of workspace and a wooden island. Kitchen is fully equipped including glasses, cutlery, etc.
* Spacious lounge with TV (Virgin Media Package, netflix etc).
* 1 bedroom on first floor with sole use of large bathroom. Bathroom has a large bath, shower, sink and toilet with ample storage.

Double bedroom (1st floor):
* Fully furnished with a double bed, computer desk, chair, walk in wardrobe chest of drawers and ample shelving.

* Decent size yard to the rear with BBQ and large shed for storage for bikes, etc (including a large freezer if needed).

The double bedroom is available from 03/09/2015. We are looking for a sociable professional or postgraduate student who enjoys similar interests (sociable, tidy and chilled).

There are currently one male 28 and one female 26.
