Hi, My name is Amy and I have a spare double room to rent (Mon-Fri £300 or all week £400 - including bills) in my modernised terrace house in Abbeydale.

The room is furnished with plenty of storage space, and there is good on street parking if you have a car.
My house is within 1 min walk of the bus stop which takes you directly into the city centre.
It is also a 5 min walk away from a large supermarket and plenty of local shops.

I am looking for a flatmate of a similar age, I am busy most nights of the week but would be nice to have a chat/cup of tea together on the nights I am in.
