Rent is £300 a month plus a share of the bills. It's got good broadband.
The room has good quality furniture, including a double bed. I am willing to buy furniture to suit needs, within reason!
The house is within a 5 minute walking distance to the tram stop and bus stops into the city centre, which can both get you into the centre of Sheffield in 10 minutes.
