Large Double Room for 2-3 night mid-week let
Flexible to suit your needs. 2 nights for £165 pcm; 3 nights for £250 pcm.
I've been successfully sharing my home with mid-week lodgers for the past 10 years with people staying from 2 weeks to 3+ years. Friendly, flexible, quiet and respecter of personal space. Please note I have a male lodger staying Tue/Wed night in the single bedroom.
Fully furnished double room with bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. Good wifi.
Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom facilities. You can leave some stuff in the room over the weekend. Cellar for bike storage.
On bus route to city centre. 25 minutes walk to train station and SHU. On road parking.
Cost includes everything. No need to clean, put bins out or buy loo rolls as you have to do that in your own home!
Well stocked Co-op on the door step as well as two local real ale pubs.
Look forward to hearing from you.
