We currently have 2 double rooms to let in a superb executive first floor 2-bed flat at £325 per room. The flat is equipped with all mod cons forming one of 5 individual flats in large Victorian building. The flat is contemporary with appropriate fixtures and fittings and it is furnished to a high standard. The flat is within walking distance of the city centre and local parks and is very close to Ecclesall Road with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The flat would suit either young professionals or students looking for a more comfortable flat than normally offered. There is car parking available on a driveway. Our agency fees are £40 per person to cover admin relating to the lodging and repayments of deposits, preparing contract, meeting tenants with keys etc.
