Room in house with a welcoming family

This is us - without Tea!

We are a family with two lively dogs looking to take in a lodger. Nick is a business consultant and Sarah is a PA and administrator.
The room is large with a double bed, with chest of drawers, desk and various cupboards for your stuff.
We live in a lovely part of Sheffield very near open countyside, with local shops and buses into town/uni.
We will cover all bills (lodger expected to use own phone).
The house has gardens and a bike shed, and you can use our washing machine. You will share a bathroom with any other lodgers (Nick and Sarah have an ensuite).
We will ask you to respect the fact that you are living in a family house - avoiding loud music in your room esp after 10pm - but there is a TV point in your room.

It will be important that we get on so suggest that a one month probation period would be a good idea for all.
Car can be parked on the road. We are 5 mins from the no 51 bus that goes direct into town.
