Flat Share - Not Just the Spare Room....

Right - first time doing this so bare with me!

I own my flat but have a spare single room - furnished (not with a bed atm so if you have one that''s great - if not I'll get something sorted)

I live in a ground floor 2 bed flat with secure underground parking (which if you want will be £40 extra a month as I rent that out atm for £50)
There is a very large living/dining room with open plan kitchen, the bathroom (yes bath and shower over it!) is also large and it's all very modern.

I'm really looking for someone to get on with not feel like they have to hide in their room. So a bit about me? Well, you can see bits about me 25 female wise... but I'm quite a settled person - do go out partying every weekend now - I get on with older people more, I'm into crafts and doing things in a reasonably green way. Though I am a meat eater I can more than accommodate a vegan. I'm really friendly and tidy and I think, very importantly - have a dish washer!

anyway, I'm sure I'll read through some other adds now and realise how rubbish this is and redo it but in the mean time - please e-mail with any questions, I will be checking refs and will need to see if we get on before anything is signed (will have an agreement set up to for both our benefit)
