The house is a four bed end terrace townhouse on a modern and smart development in Kiveton.
The room for rent is a double room on the second floor of three with a shower ensuite. You will have full use of the living room which is also on the second floor as well as use of the large kitchen.
The house comes with plenty of off road parking and has a garden, garage gym and space in the garage for bikes. Wifi broadband, Sky TV and bills are all included.
I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate and perhaps someone who likes the occasional drink to socialise.
Kiveton is ideally close to J31 of the M1 and well placed for Sheffield/Rotherham/Chesterfie ld and Doncaster. I commute into Sheffield and would be happy to car share. There is also a train station close by.
I am a lawyer aged 38 and enjoy sport, running, music, travel, cooking and going out.
