Rent is £281. 50 per month not including bills which are about £55 a month which includes all the standards plus broadband and sky tv.

You will be living with 3 friendly and sociable housemates: 1 mature student, 1 PhD student and 1 young professional. We all work hard, but enjoy socialising in the evenings and a good night out on the tiles at the weekend.

Looking for an equally similar-minded individual who wants to be part of a friendly household and not just lock themselves away in their room!

Would prefer another young professional to share council tax costs, but students also considered!
