Hello, welcome to my advert.

The £330pcm room is the attic. It's large and comes with a double bed, bed side table and wardrobe. There is a large velux window that lets plenty of light though, and loads of floor space.

The £250 room is on the 1st floor. It's a smaller double, again furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It has a large rear facing window with views into the garden.

The house is a standard victorian mid-terrace; On the ground floor there is a kitchen diner and living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom and one bedroom in the attic. Also a cellar for storage. There is also a small but nice garden with a little lawn, some decking, a raised flower bed and a lockable brick out building for bikes. The houses overall appearance is clean and well maintained.
It has all the electricals, white goods and mod-cons expected, including broadband and a burglar alarm.
There is on street parking to the front of the house.

The rent includes bills
The rooms are available from the 1st of July 2015 but that can be flexible.
A bond of one months rent will be required on receipt of contract.
