Lodger for Double Attic Room Hillsborough

The room

I am looking for a female lodger to share my 3 bedroom terraced house. I live there with my six year old son. He also spends some time at his Dads.
I have a large double furnished attic to rent.

The house is in a very convenient location in Hillsborough 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and shops. There is on street parking but a permit is needed or free parking at the end of the road.

It is atttractively furnished house with small sunny garden. Have all ammeneties including broadband, washing machine, dish washer and tumble dryer.
I work so I am out during most days.

Ideally looking for someone who will do some evening babysitting at mutually convenient times.

Looking for a friendly, fairly quiet, tidy, easy to get on with person. Happy for lodger to bring friends around and have people stay over.

Lodger would have free use of kitchen and dining room and welcome to use the lounge at times l am not using it. I have a cellar with some storage space.

Well behaved pets are welcome.
