We are 2 girls, one last year UG and one Phd, looking for a 3rd girl to fill our room - longer term preferred. the room is huge and the location of the house is very convenient for uni. 5 min away from IC!
Bathroom is shared only amongst 2 girls (as the 3rd room is en-suite)
the kitchen is shared, and we like to keep the common areas very clean, so this is an absolute must! Please get in contact for more details and viewings.
The rent is 200 pound without bills (which are around 50 per month) and we require a 200 pound deposit.
