This room would be ideal for a young professional / mature student with good links to city centre and motorways. Plus some great local amenities with several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, banks, butchers, grocers and fishmongers in walking distance.

The bedroom is a large double on the first floor, the room will be fully furnished with bed, two wall shelves, double hanging wardrobe and draw space.

The shared spaces in the house are fully furnished and include a spacious living room (two large sofa's) large dining room with separate kitchen area all on the ground floor. The bathroom (1st floor) has been recently redecorated along with the dining room and hall spaces. Kitchen and Bathroom offer great views over Sheffield!

Space for parking outside the house with a separate outdoor space for bbq's and seating etc.

The two girls that are already in the house are young professionals and easy to get on with.

Price per month includes ALL bills, except broadband, however the other girls organise this separately so it is available at a small contribution. Room available from September 2014. Will consider short term lets and Monday to Friday options.
